Heating up with Light The Fire
We've just launched our latest collection, Light The Fire, and the timing couldn't be better! The next couple of months will be massive for our F-Teamers as they prepare for the World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan in July. The lead up to World Champs has been grueling with training camps, travel overseas for international racing experience and Trials to secure a spot on the team headed to Japan. In the midst of all of this craziness our F-Teamers took time out of their hectic schedules to help us showcase our exciting new collection Light the Fire.
Dual World Record Holder Summer McIntosh locked in her spot on the Canadian team in March where she made history by breaking the world record in the 400m freestyle and 400m individual medley at the Canadian Trials held in Toronto. The first time any swimmer has held both World Records for the 400m events! In between training in Sarasota, Florida and racing in meets from Canada to Atlanta, Summer managed to let off some steam at a recent Funkita shoot.
South African Commonwealth Games medalist Lara van Niekerk has been traveling all around the world to get ready for World Champs. During her trip to Melbourne for the World Short Course Champs in 2022, Lara took time away from the race pool to model the gorgeous new prints from Light The Fire.
